We will be open this evening starting just after 8pm

We are normally open every CLEAR Wednesday night. The observatory is opened from dusk (8:00 pm) until 10:00 PM, weather permitting. Collins observatory at Salem State College is closed for the summer.

   
 
 Notes:
The spring sky features 3 lovely planets - bright Venus at sunset, orange Mars, and beautiful Saturn in the east. Also we can see distant globular clusters, double stars, star clusters and a red carbon star.
