Star parties at non-profit organizations (free - optional donations accepted)

Typical Star party program during Eastern Daylight Saving Time (add 30 to 90 minutes to start time during Eastern Standard Time - complete darkness needed for observations) :

6:30 to 7:00 PM Program and telescope set-up

7:00 to 7:45 PM Astronomy Presentation (need screen, small table for laptop and LCD projector, and power)

7:45 PM Observations (telescope, binoculars and naked eye)

Special appointments at Merrimac College and/or Salem State College
