1) Members must be at least 16 years of age. Members under the age of 16 must have a parent join.

2) NSAAC is 501c3 tax exempt non-profit organization.  Donations may be tax deductible

The Land Fund is a separate fund for the purchase or lease, and required improvements and/or maintenance of, propwerty to be used by the membership of the NSAAX for observing and any relevant and/or other activities deemed appropriate by the members of the NSAAC and it's Board of Directors.
